Nano-photonics & Nano-Electronics devices
Problem Statement: For the last two decades, the nano-technology progressing domain is now more than present in our life in large diversity of domains and applications. Nano-photonics and nano-electronics devices became the new stones of any circuit.
Proposed Solution: To address such challenges and needs, the ALEO research team, under Dr. Avi Karsenty leadership, has developed a series of new nano-photonics and nano-electronics devices, based on several materials like Si, GaAs and Ge. More than 40 devices, divided in families and series, are under development at different stages. For part of them, a first generation was fabricated and tested. Complementary numerical, analytical and experimental results are part of the research.
